sakit tulang belakang

uwaaa!
aku mngalami sindrom sakit belakang. ntah ler. cam nenek bongkok tiga jer. tp xla ketara sgt kwn2. just klu duk lame2 aku rase lenguh yang amat. minum anlene? hui, xsanggup beb…mnum seteguk jer aku rase kebah2 badan dan trdemam. nape…huhuhu.
